Feeding Unit
◎ Light pressure type lead edge feeder system, frequency conversion motor drives double feeding rollers to feed paper. Paper feeding is stable and accurate.
◎ Vacuum suction lead edge feeding, frequency converter controls air volume, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the paperboard size.
◎ Pneumatic clapping device, accurate paper feeding positioning. Computerized adjust the left-right movement of side baffles and the forward and backward movement of back paper holder.
◎ Equipped with a strong dust removal device to remove the impurities on the paperboard surface and improve the printing quality.
◎ Double feeding roller structure.
◎ Upper feeding roller is wrapped with wear-resistant polyurethane soft rubber, and equipped with air pressure adjustment function to prevent the deformation of cardboard and ensure accurate paper feeding.

Printing Unit
◎ Printing roller and pressure roller are made of high quality steel, surface grinded and hard chrome plated.
◎ With dynamic and static balance correction, ensuring stable high-speed operation.
◎ Adopt the frequency conversion motor to adjust the phase, planetary gear structure, input size on touch screen to adjust. (Can be adjusted under both shutdown and operation status)
◎ Adopt plate hanging mechanism, easy and quick to operate.
◎ For installation and unloading of printing plate, equipped with foot switch to control forward and backward rotation for quick adjustment.
◎ With automatic return to zero, memory and reset function.
◎ Adopt two-stage turbine box to adjust the gap of anilox rollers, pressure rollers and feeding rollers by handwheel.
◎ Paper feeding wheels adopt self-locking device. Adopts rack manual fast moving device and equipped with ruler reading device.
◎ Electrically adjust he horizontal position of plate roller, with adjustment range:±15mm.
◎ With high Lpi ceramic anilox roller and pneumatic ink doctor blade system, can ensure high quality printing demand.
◎ The single doctor blade ink supply system can effectively reduce the bad effect of dust on the surface of roller, ensuring quality while solving the ink leakage problem caused by improper operation of the double doctor blade system.
◎ The special aluminum alloy arc-shaped scraping chamber can improve the bending resistance by 30% and save the ink supply by 20%.
◎ With Teflon environmental protection layer, which is convenient for ink cleaning without sticking to the cavity.

Drying Unit (Widen type)

Slotting unit (Optional)
◎ Adopt six rollers structure, and is not easy to break after pre-creasing.
◎ Single shaft two blades slotting, box height adjustment using internal tooth structure, avoid lubricating oil pollution to carton.
◎ Transverse movement of slotting knife holder is adjusted by optical axis screw rod with linear guide shaft, which makes the movement more flexible and accurate.
◎ RV worm gear box is used for linkage between upper and lower knife holder to keep up and down alignment when moving, so as to prolong knives’ service life.
◎ The length, width, height and phase of the carton can be adjusted automatically by inputting the size on the touch screen, also can by electric adjustment separately.
◎ Equipped with waste removal device: all paper scraps and paper edges can be taken out from the machine.
Rotary Die-cutting Unit (Optional)
◎ Adopt two-stage turbine box self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance between feeding rollers and clearance between die-cutting rollers.
◎ Automatic speed compensation for rubber roller, and the rubber roller automatically moves laterally in the production process.
◎ Equipped with rubber repair device, which can repair the rubber repeatedly, to prolong the service life of the rubber and save cost.
◎ Equipped with waste removal device: all paper scraps and paper edges can be taken out from the machine.
◎ Optional: Servo system control, independent drive, which eliminate the influence on printing and improve the die-cutting accuracy.
Stacker (Optional)
◎ Stacking height can be up to 1700mm.
◎ Platform lifting is driven by strong chain. Lifting motor has brake function to maintain a fixed position without sliding.
◎ With the stacking of paperboard, the platform will lift automatically. When the paperboard is piled up to a preset height, the pneumatic lifting mechanism will automatically extend out to hold the paperboard and give an alarm when the paper is full filled.
◎ With safety protection device to make the platform lifting under control and ensure the safety of the workers.
◎ Flat wrinkle climbing belt to prevent the cardboard from slipping.
