◎ Automatically oil balanced, and the driving gear adopt keyless connection ring to reduce the clearance and ensure the printing accuracy.
◎ Electrically adjust all carton size for slotting unit.
◎ All clearance adjustment adopts self-locking mechanism, which is convenient, accurate and reliable.
ROTARY DIE-CUTTING UNIT (OPTIONAL)
◎ Rubber roller and plate roller are made of high quality steel, surface grinded and hard chrome plated.
◎ The rubber roller moves left and right mechanically, and equipped with linear speed compensation device. When the outer diameter of the rubber becomes smaller, the speed can be compensated automatically.
◎ With rubber repair device to keep the surface of rubber flat.
◎ Equipped with belt conveyor to take the waste out of the machine.
